Ayam Cemani -

 Our Ayam Cemani flock began in 2012 with the renowned Greenfire Farm line and we added a small flock in 2014 from the Herbelin Farm of meticulously managed bloodlines. Over the past 12 years, we have focused on restoring their natural instincts, especially their strong foraging ability and environmental resilience. The result is a striking, all-black bird that performs beautifully on pasture.

These chickens are hardy, disease-resistant, and adaptable. As a dual-purpose breed, Ayam Cemani offer both dependable egg production and flavorful meat. Hens are protective, attentive mothers and raise their chicks with confidence and care.
